Following our advocacy for the Department of Transport & Main Roads (TMR) to fund Stage 1 of the Tewantin Bypass, the roundabout at the corner of Cooroy-Noosa and Beckmans Roads, works by Noosa Council are well advanced with motorists already benefiting from the new roundabout.
Although funded by state, this roundabout is being constructed by Noosa Council with all information on their website at https://www.noosa.qld.gov.au/tewantin-bypass-1
Extensive efforts are already underway, and will continue, to secure state funding for remaining stages.
