Following on from the community forum on Short Term Lets, the State Government-led stakeholder reference group which includes Mayor Tony Wellington, has been working towards a unified position to address the multiple aspects and impacts of short term lets. The Minister supports the establishment of a code of conduct for both hosts and guests, as well as a registration system to help identify property addresses. Further details below…
