Thank you to all in helping our organisations settle their teething problems – I have been advised we are not far off a depot location confirmation, as well further drop off sites and bag access. Until then, our office will continue to have available the Envirobank bags, and then we shall be able to relinquish that duty!!
Thankyou to the team at Waves of Kindness (WoK) who came to the aid of the community, and to Jason at Caltex who held on through the toughest part. Both shall able to return to business as usual, with WoK having then an opportunity accept donations as part of their fundraising efforts. Currently the volume of charities and schools opening up to accept donations is increasing weekly, with Sunshine Beach State High now also participating, and a number finalising their methodologies.
It has been a rough ride, but we are nearly there!
