With the cancellation of Parliament for a week due to the death of the Queen, the revocation of this land from Tuchekoi National Park, has been delayed along with other outcomes expected by now.
We have been advised that this should proceed through Parliament during November, and that efforts are underway to ensure the Department of Environment and Science can finally issue a new lease, and surety, as quickly as possible to this important organisation within our community.
