Forget dangerous traffic lights at Myall and Diamond sts intersections. Build a rail overpass linking diamond st to Cooroy CBD and join to a four exit roundabout at diamond- elm streets. Any saving from cheap traffic lights will be lost within two years paying for serious road accidents.

As you know, there has been much talk over the years about overpasses and other solutions, however the business case has not sadly stacked up, hence why we still have dangerous intersections. The results of the consultation with Cooroy from TMR have yet to be released, and once they are, we can go from there. Sandy
